Each Civic Crown item is carefully prepared and handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to make, inspect, and prepare your order for shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 8-10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.
